Don Fulano ages its tequila in French oak limousin casks, previously used for Burgundy and Bordeaux wine. The Anejo is a blend of many barrels, aged on average 30 months. The Don Fulano Anejo is a rich tequila that remains agave forward first and foremost, and a true example of how tequila should be aged.
