Dassai '45' Premium Jumai Daiginjo Sake is a premium sake produced by Asahishuzo, one of Japan's leading sake brewers. This sake is brewed using only Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki rice varieties that have been polished down to 45% of their original size.
